Is Disney Watching You? According to a lawsuit filed last week, some very big companies are watching you (and your kids) on the web. Illegally, of course. Among those named are Disney, Warner Bros. Records and Demand Media all of whom allegedly used software developed by Clearspring Technologies to follow users wherever they went across the web.
