Digi TV key changes daily to counter piracy

As they cease channel coding with the obsolete and vulnerable Nagravision 2 encryption, the platform that operates in six countries of Eastern Europe changed its tactics by constantly changing their codes.

This daily exchange of the keys clearly occurs in the Nagravision 2 encryption which has its days numbered in the platform that gives its TV channels via satellite Intelsat 10-02 (1 ° West) under the identification CAID 1801.

For the past month with the celebration of the World Cup in South Africa there has been more repeatedly daily updates and causing problems for those viewers trying to access the Digi TV signal fraudulently.

This situation continues to be somewhat surprising in that how much it has been ocurring now and not as before when they have carried out these technical countermeasures.

In addition, Digi TV will have little time to continue using Nagravision 2.

Countries like Romania and Hungary have already ceased almost permanently using this encryption, going with Nagravision 3.
