Pamela Bahadur is the wife of Anthony Ramkissoon, and the sister-in-law of Ravin Ramkissoon.
The plaintiffs, Bell ExpressVu Limited Partnership (“ExpressVu”) and NagraStar LLC (“NagraStar”), seek an order that the defendant Pamela Bahadur is in contempt of the order of Justice Cummings dated December 18, 2009 (the “Order”). The Order was yet another disclosure order, and this is yet another contempt motion, in ExpressVu’s ongoing battle against what it calls “pirates” - persons who circumvent ExpressVu’s security systems to obtain programming ExpressVu delivers via satellite without paying ExpressVu.

Disposition
For the reasons given, I find that Ms. Bahadur is in contempt of the Order and she is ordered to forthwith purge her contempt. A date for the sentencing hearing will be fixed in after consultation with counsel. Any submissions as to costs may be made at the sentencing hearing.
