Blacklist Files for Bankruptcy
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on July 7, 2010, Defendant KHACHIK BAGDASARYAN filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 7 of title 11 of the United States Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, case number 1:10-bk-18208-GM. The notice of bankruptcy case filing is attached hereto as Exhibit “A”.
Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §362(a), the within action against Defendant KHACHIK BAGDASARYAN is stayed, and all actions taken in violation of the stay are null and void.
